Kate is the owner of Stay & Play Childcare.  A native of Texas, she moved to New Kent in 2007 and opened the business in 2009.  She is the mother of 2 children, Emma and John. Kate sings in the choir at Providence Forge Presbyterian Church and can usually be found either coaching or attending one of her children’s activities in her free time.  She also volunteers with the United Way and enjoys visiting the many historical sites in Virginia.

Don Hillbish

Don Hillbish has been with C&F Bank since 2011. He has 15 years of financial services experience ranging from credit card call centers to branch banking operations. He currently serves as a Vice President and Retail Team Leader, managing 4 branches in the Eastern Richmond market and is based in Quinton.

His clients often mention his warmth and friendliness, tenacity in problem solving, and his genuine desire to help others. He is supported by a team of dedicated branch employees as well as teammates in credit, deposits, and technology that are resources which enable him to provide a full-spectrum banking experience for any customer.

Don is a graduate of the University of Richmond’s Jepson School of Leadership Studies as well as holding a Master of Science in Finance from Virginia Commonwealth University. Besides his passion for teamwork and leadership, his focus is on working with small and mid-size businesses to assist them in achieving their full potential.

Don is a devoted husband and father of three. When not serving clients, he enjoys reading, playing sports, learning new things, and spending time with his family and friends.

Larry Reynolds

Co-owner of Gracefield Hall Bed & Breakfast, which opened April 2015, with his wife Patricia. Larry is a native of Illinois, grew up in Wisconsin, moved to Maryland in 1972, and moved to Providence Forge, Virginia, in 2013. A student of colonial American history, he took early retirement 14 years ago to concentrate on researching colonial Virginia architecture while designing a historically accurate 18th century Central Virginia plantation house.

Larry started his career as a technical writer on inertial navigation systems for the Apollo space program. He has a BS in business management with a minor in electrical engineering with over 30 years experience in marketing communications management for aerospace, scientific, and data communications companies.

The past 15 years he has been a volunteer costumed historical interpreter in masonry trades for the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. He also volunteers for the New Kent Humane Society and is a volunteer dog transporter for several animal rescue groups.

Larry is an active promoter of New Kent County as an ideal business location and a new member of the New Kent Chamber of Commerce. He believes that through active involvement in the Chamber of Commerce he can help other New Kent County businesses continue to prosper.

A graduate of Varina High School, Jennifer has completed classes at J. Sargeant Reynolds Community College as well as the CREW leadership development program with EVB. In addition to having attended school in eastern Henrico County, Jennifer volunteers for a number of organizations in her community, including New Kent County Chamber, Bridging Communities Regional Foundation CTE,  Eastern Henrico Business Association and Henrico East Rotary. Jennifer is currently an Officer with EVB serving as the manager of the Quinton office EVB.
