As a veteran owned and family run company, 360 Home Inspections abide by core values that are essential to operate. To challenge the status quo by offering unparalleled service, to empower and encourage our clients with the knowledge to ensure they are able to make informed decisions and to respect our clients by treating them as they deserve to be treated.
We believe in providing a true 3rd party, unbiased inspection and to report the facts and findings as they are along with in depth knowledge to ensure that both the client and agent are comfortable moving forward. We never leave an inspection with the client and agent searching for answers or with unnecessary concerns.
We are licensed and insured in the Commonwealth of Virginia, hold the New Residential Structure (NRS) designation that allows us to inspect new construction houses, Certified Professional Inspector through InterNACHI, and Certified Advanced Mold Inspector. Along with home inspections, we provide mold testing, indoor air quality testing, and water testing.
