Over the twenty-seven years in real estate John has served in various capacities in the Realtor organization to include president, vice president, treasurer, and committee chair within the National Association of REALTORS® Property Management Committee, Virginia Association of REALTORS®, Property Management Advocacy Group, Williamsburg Association of REALTORS® Commercial Section, and the Community Association Institute. John holds a Certified International Property Specialists (CIPS) Designation from NAR, which enables him to understand real estate and how it relates to world sales and business.
